The Completed Designs Receive Quality Installation

Only after preparing and receiving the relevant building approvals can installation commence. The first stage of a major installation is the demolition and preparation of the site.

Our installation team will then install ceilings, partitions, plumbing, electric's and flooring. The wall area's will be decorated as necessary, before commencing on installing the furniture, fixtures and fittings.

Our project manager's co-ordinate the timely delivery of bought-in and manufactured products for our installation team to ensure the most time-efficient installation. Once completed the area will be inspected initially by the owner of SOH Design + Fitout, Shane O'Hara.

When it receives his approval the relevant inspectors will be invited to inspect. The hand over to the client then takes place with the mandatory inspection notices being handed to the client.
